Abstract
Cosmic radio noise measured with a ground 30 MHz broad-beam riometer at Athabasca,
Canada. The data consist of output voltage, quiet-day curve, and cosmic radio noise
with a time resolution of 64 Hz. The quiet-day curve is derived from an average output
voltage for a period from -15 to 15 days at the center of the observed day.
