(3)  Az=0, El=30 (pointing north)  from 10:13 to 11:00.

                     Tx3 and Tx4 were down.
                     'sync' error, so  'Minstart' was made again.
04:10             Looks everything fine.
                     Tx power is 970-980 kW.

06:40:30       'decodump' died.
06:43           'Start recording' was made.  Looks recorved.

09:05:10       Transmitter was set "STAND BY" due to
                      airport interlock (but manually)
09:15:00       Transmitter was on. 

09:23:10       Changed the antenna position to (Az=-125.2, El=34.3).

10:12:08        Backed the antenna position to (Az=0, El=30)
