We have held the international capacity-building school “Introduction to Space Weather: Concepts and Tools” at Irkutsk, Russia on July 9-12, 2017 associated with the 2^nd VarSITI General Symposium.  Thirty-five graduate-course students and young scientists joined in this capacity-building from five countries.  Training on how to use various models on solar-terrestrial physics was made by using the NASA/CCMC modeling tools.
