Division for heliospheric research has been carrying out solar wind observation at Kiso (Agematsu-cho) over more than 20 years.
In this year, Nagano prefecture has organized the Liaison Council centered on space research facilities in the prefecture, "Nagano-ken ha uchu-ken (Nagano as a prefecture of space-science)". We decided to participate in the Liaison Council as one of the space research facilities in Nagano.
