Ken Ohashi was awarded the Student Presentation Award of the Physical Society of Japan for his oral presentation titled "MC study for the effect of diffractive events on the air shower developments" at the 74th Annual Meeting of the Physical Society of Japan (Kyushu University, 14-17 March 2019), where his simulation study on the effect of diffractive collisions on air-shower development was presented.
